Completely agree, and it’s maddening.
Literally 100% of people with chronic illness know the "I overdid it and now it's going to take me 3 weeks to recover my previous function level" and yet researchers still seem to think it's not an important study factor.
People with #MECFS, and many with #LongCOVID experience post-exertional malaise: a flare of symptoms after activity. The response is disproportionate to the activity and can lead to permanent drops in functional capacity.

Completely agree, and it’s maddening.
Alex Jackson might be able to spend a day in all 30 orgs at this rate. The O's are his eighth stop after he went sixth overall to the Mariners in 2014.
Eeles is interesting if he ever finds some playing time, and it looks like a busy offseason for Mike Elias anyway so the roster is far from done.
