Wow. While we wait for the few remaining ballots to be counted, we feel like we have won this race. The recent drop put us nearly 1,400 votes ahead, just under the .5 percent threshold for a mandatory recount.

Last year I went straight to gourmet sandwiches with all the Thanksgiving items. It ripped. Keto bread sucks for this application and I don’t want to deviate from my low carb lifestyle through the holidays for a change. So going mostly traditional (smoking a turkey) & try and low carb some dishes.

Almost positive I’ve never made this. Did a deep dive on several authentic recipes and took an amalgam with my only tweak being to use riced cauliflower in place of rice.
Seems like a dish that will also freeze well.
