i know it's kind of a meme but it strikes me as weird when ppl make serious sweeping generalisations about music taste. like "ohhh people who listen to the decemberists are pretentious hipster incel channers" i listen to the decemberists bc my dad listened to them when i was a kid. sorry

It annoys me when people say “they’re on SNAP but their hair and nails are done and they’ve got tattoos”. It’s extremely normal to do your own hair and buy press on nails, and tattoos literally last forever. What do tattoos someone got 10 years ago have to do with them needing to eat now
