There are lots of questions about how this would work in practice given the shutdown of USAID, but it would restore funding to Gavi, the Global Fund, UNAIDS, and other lifesaving foreign aid programs.

Puede que me haya metido Nasty Red Dogs por el culo en menos de una semana, y puede que haya sido una experiencia perturbadora (en el buen sentido).
