The Trump administration's decision to send these men to a notorious Salvadoran megaprison has not stood up well in court.

Incredibly powerful opinion chronicling the awfulness in Whipple and the ways it interfered with the right to counsel.

One key part of the ruling (that ICE will likely appeal ASAP); Judge Brasel bars ICE from transferring anyone out of Minnesota within 72 hours of arrest.

🚨BREAKING: An election-denying former Donald Trump campaign staffer who was subpoenaed by the FBI over his role in the attempt to steal the 2020 election is now taking credit for writing the sweeping voter suppression bill passed by the House Wednesday that could disenfranchise millions.
Election denier involved in fake electors plot wrote much of SAVE America Act, Trump-aligned think tank claims
“I’m here to do everything I can to make this work,” Thomas Lane wrote in a December 2020 email to other organizers of the Trump campaign’s fake electoral plot in Arizona.

ICE shot a US citizen named Marimar Martinez five times in October.

DHS tried to label her a terrorist.

She miraculously survived.

The bodycam footage exonerated her and she fought to get it released to the public.

The next 3 shootings were fatal.

They don’t want witnesses.
