JAMA Cardiology presents a risk factor reduction study for atrial fibrillation. Population: 82 men, 40 women. Intervention: 122 patients randomized. Findings: LRFM group (61.3%) had higher freedom from atrial arrhythmia vs usual-care (40.0%).

Initial testing choice between coronary CTA and stress testing for suspected CAD showed no difference in all-cause or cardiovascular mortality among patients with stable symptoms. ja.ma/3LdrnaE
