We're going to need Nuremberg trials when this is over, yes, and to send a significant number of people currently in the federal government to prison. But we're going to need an unwavering commitment to ostracizing the supporters of it, as well. Never accept them again in polite society.

It is 100% carrying water for the opposition to participate in this collective delusion that Dems for some reason need to answer for every teen who throws a rock rather than hold the Trump admin accountable for intentionally creating chaos and breaking the law to stoke violence.

They are in charge.

NSF is undergoing a massive shake-up: over 80 senior staff cut, remote work banned, the equity-in-STEM division eliminated, and hundreds of research grants scrapped.

This isn’t budget efficiency—it’s a direct attack on U.S. science, education, and equity.

It’s a great time to be a vegetarian. Prion diseases are scary. Heat doesn’t kill the pathogenic proteins. Nothing seems to. 😱
In the past eight months, 3 cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) have been diagnosed in one Oregon county; 2 of them have died. CJD is the human form of mad cow disease. It’s caused by prions and it’s not known how they developed it.

CJD is 100% fatal. There is no treatment.
