My problem operating in the housing space is my appetite and ego are such that I don’t want to just be one thing. I don’t just want to be the lawyer.

I want to be the developer, architect, contractor, carpenter, and property manager. I want to do everything. I love building and buildings.
Normalize calling Victor Orban a loser for his, at best, defeatist attitude, at worst, Manchurian candidate to the European project.

This morning I read a SCOMO case from 1979 which defined redlining and identified the market response of disinvestment which follows in redlined communities.
We’ve known for at least 46 years the results of racist policies and we’ve failed to adequately address it. It’s well past time we finally do

the reason republicans lost yesterday is because theyre a bunch of weird freaks pushing policy that everyone hates
November 5, 2025 at 1:56 PM
All this is based on the idea that republicans shouldn’t or shouldn’t have to compete for certain people’s votes. It’s the most telling thing they voluntarily say out loud.
Trump: "They're gonna make DC a state and they're gonna make Puerto Rico a state. So now they pick up two states, four senators. They're gonna pick up electoral votes. It's gonna be a very, very bad situation. Now, if we do what I'm saying, they'll most likely never obtain power."

It’d be super cool if I could log into my various accounts in Monarch and they just continue to work forever. Multi-factor authentication has been a pox on aggregation.

Raise your hand if you’d be dead using this administration’s standard of killing *suspected* drug traffickers.

If the Manhattan Kansas police used this standard for drug related activity, I’d be a dead person. Trump and Hegseth belong in jail.

Mike, you didn’t negotiate subsidies on 9/24 when the government was open, so we all know you’re full of shit suggesting they’ll be negotiated “once the government reopens.”
Mike Johnson: "It's about keeping Congress operating so we can get to healthcare. We always were going to. They're lying to you. Okay? The healthcare issues were always gonna be something discussed, deliberated, contemplated, and debated in October and November."

With this White House, after a sufficient bribe is paid in the form of lax media coverage, it’ll be approved next week.

They’re supposed to keep upholding the law. Set their ego aside and uphold the law. Force SCOTUS to do outrageous things and keep upholding the law.
I mean what on earth are district court judges supposed to do at this point other than get the message from SCOTUS to let Trump do whatever he wants to no matter what the law says.
