When this primary is over I think we need to start another campaign to get ranked choice voting in Illinois. At the very least for primaries

Just to catch people up. Kat took this post where Biss decries ICE "brutality" & says to not trust what DHS says, & selectively quoted the follow up about wanting more info. A pretty clear lie of omission.

FEC finally updated their total raised sorted-by-state up to September 30 for most IL-09 primary candidates. At least six candidates outraised Kat Abughazaleh in IL. Most likely seven candidates outraised her in IL. Hoan Huynh's FEC page still not fully updated. Bushra Amiwala's page not updated.

So ur telling me that NO ONE in the writers room thought maybe it’s kinda f*cked up to make the one WOC character be tortured and used by the government for her body given HISTORICAL AND CURRENT POLITICAL EVENTS???

and then they proceed to kill her off to prop up the white characters?

Sue me but I’m still 99% confident that Byler will be endgame.

That being said I don’t have faith that they will execute Byler properly given the time we had left. It seems like the writers are prioritizing plot twist over development, which is BAFFLING because they could have had both???

A Biss campaign source had a response to this:

“Is the Fine campaign sure they really want to have a conversation about fundraising in this race?”
This post appears to be a swipe at Daniel Biss, who sent out a fundraising email soon after confronting Bovino yesterday

But an email late Wednesday night explicitly says, "Don't worry, this isn't a fundraising email," with a donation link at the bottom
