An understated facet of modern WoW, but there's a reason certain characters never appear again or there's a tone downgrade in the voice talent
Is this where we talk about how blizz is hard relying on the same smaller group of voice actors because of US VA labor unions and strikes?

Really good example of trying to foster AI doomerism in the comments I was describing. Even IF all of that is true (it's not, but sure), I can't stand the attitude of, well, since you *must* use X that's ethically compromised, you might as well just give up on everything! Just begging for a pass

When creating anything in RP, be it a guild or an event, you need to put in effort, but the optics of effort matters too. AI art does not lend itself to the optics of effort. You could be busting your ass behind the scenes, but use AI art to promote it and it looks like you don't give a shit.

I do appreciate the crux of a warlock being here on full display; getting power easy, and getting it FAST.
I really like this too, people feeling that the traditional paths are too stagnant in the face of threats they're facing NOW, so they're heading towards darker arts. Again though, leaning on *fully* illegal fel here.

Make it a Legion plot from the start. Establish that Silvermoon has an underbelly of fel usage, and its tolerated. But lately its getting rowdy, and spilling into the streets, people are disappearing in murder row. And a fel smuggling operation has been discovered.

The absolute dread I felt when I saw the details about the Murder Row dungeon. I really hope we aren't about to see a full 'fel magic is banned' angle because they'd truly have squeezed out all the blood elves initial appeal with that.
