Bei MEcfs kann offenbar auch vorrangig das Gehirn betroffen sein. Ich kenne eine LongCovid Betroffene, die draußen viel gehen kann, aber nur mit noise-canceling Kopfhörer und dunkler Sonnenbrille, sonst droht PEM. Das hat auch kein Kliniker auf dem Schirm. In Kliniken ist es oft zu laut & hektisch.
