Hi. It's me. 2 weeks later. This is done. 58 frames over 3 seconds, *50* layers in the final image. WOO. This was a long edit, felt like ACTUAL work so unless I get it again with the actual sunset I doubt I'll be editing more like this. Psyched for the final piece tho! 🪶

No, echo chambers are not a good thing. It’s better to have civilised debate and disagreement. It’s good to understand another point of view, even if we disagree. The problem is the trolls and their abuse, who have forced us to take refuge here. It’s a choice of last resort.
“Is it okay for a social media platform to be an echo chamber” back in the day we had websites and websites were generally focused on a single topic and if you were into that topic you would visit that website and if you weren’t into that topic you just didn’t go on that website and it was fine

I also never recommend on who to block.
I go by my own experiences and who I see someone else interact with someone else, even if I ain't personally interacted with you, you could still be blocked.

I don’t agree with the popular claim ‘you can’t be a little autistic’, because I’m not even sure autism exists other than as a top-down, diagnostic tool. Given autism is a syndrome, its component parts are so varied and variable, the idea we can drop them in a box and slap a label on it, seems lazy.

I don’t agree with the popular claim ‘you can’t be a little autistic’, because I’m not even sure autism exists other than as a top-down, diagnostic tool. Given autism is a syndrome, its component parts are so varied and variable, the idea we can drop them in a box and slap a label on it, seems lazy.
I’m more often reading how the double empathy problem (DEP) is a better explanation for communication difficulties than theory of mind (ToM). I can see how this could be seductive - DEP is not deficit focused so easier to ‘accept’ within the community. But there’s a problem…
