In Chicago, ICE tried to seize a Latino man—but his Black neighbors refused to let it happen. They stepped in, stood tall, and claimed him as their own.

The Islamophobic and dangerous remarks targeting Congresswoman Ilhan Omar must stop now. At a time when lawmakers increasingly face violence, such words are reckless, incite violence, and will get people killed. Randy Fine and members of Congress should lead, not encourage violence.
