A young woman being attacked by 6 men, screaming for help over and over. Not one person steps up to help her. No one calls 911. She is obviously terrified, and had no way of knowing if her attackers are actually "law enforcement" or just trying to kidnap her. ICE thugs aren't law in my opinion.
