I just landed in San Salvador a little while ago, and I look forward to meeting with the team at the U.S. embassy to discuss the release of Mr. Abrego Garcia.

Absolutely. I'm just so sorry that this country can't just accept that trans people exist and that they deserve respect and proper healthcare.
It made me physically ill following updates from the Supreme Court today. Sending love to trans people, trans kids especially, and their families because… whew. Enduring this kind of hostility is an experience us cisgender will never fully understand.
