"The plan’s $38 billion budget is more than the total annual spending for 22 states, according to state budget data."

Dems should not only pay a dollar for this monstrosity - in the future - they will need to claw back all that money and the entire $75 billion Rs appropriated for this monstrosity.

Lawmakers will have over $500 million less to spend than last year when crafting the upcoming budget. Anyone want to explain how eliminating income tax, property taxes, and removing the school voucher cap will fix this?

Adam Pugh signing his name to this is remarkably pitiful
Public school students do not lose their 1st Amendment rights at the schoolhouse door.

Yes, schools can enforce attendance policies.
Yes, a walkout can be marked unexcused.

But threatening investigations & teaching certificate revocations because students protested?

That is not about attendance⬇️

I’ll tell ya what I would tell my kids if their school told them they couldn’t protest because 14 of the state’s most self-interested lawmakers wanted to get some negative attention from daddy.
JUST IN- amid student led protests against ICE at various Oklahoma schools, OKC public schools says leaving campus without permission results in an unexcused absence, possible discipline, and may affect a student’s ability to ride the bus.

The Boarman family’s water was undrinkable: It corroded taps. It withered plants. Their ice maker expelled clumps of salt.

But why was this happening? For two years, Oklahoma delayed basic tests that could help them find out.

Regular water sampling showed the Boarmans’ water still getting saltier, according to the test results. By this point, agency staff had also found pollution in the water of their neighbors, who live less than a quarter-mile away.

But the aquifer is particularly vulnerable to depletion and only recharges a few inches every year, one study estimated.
