For the first time in my retail career I refused service to someone. Usually the American couple I refused service to are fine and polite, not an "American Tourist Stereotype". I have fun serving them normally... but for some reason tonight? 😬 They couldn't help but be rude af.

I stepped slightly wrong on a dirt slope that wasn't even half an inch long and spent 3 years dealing with Sciatica until I had enough money for my RMT at the time to "break and remake' me. Needed her to do that twice before it went away.
