People have been saying for as long as I can remember that it is weird western media is more comfortable with torture than kissing; the most extreme violence is more acceptable than intimacy.

I read @/avrilcircus.bsky.social's latest comic last night and I'm still overwhelmed by how good everything looks (and I was already a fan thanks to "Rosa"). It's everything I want to be able to create as an artist: sensitive, expressive, soft, amazing with colors, and a great storyteller. I love it
