I'm seeing BNA talk on my timeline and it mostly just reminds me that I think a lot of Imaishi's best work board work is the episodes he did for Yoshinari shows rather than his own.

Caught all the way up to where the weekly chapters on JNC are up to, novel-wise, if you are wondering how it's going.
Somewhat arbitrarily found myself watching the 2023 anime Tearmoon Empire, in which a spoilt princess finds herself reincarnated as her younger self upon her execution, and in her idiotic but wellmeaning attempts to avoid repeating a Bad Future, accidentally fools everyone into thinking she's smart.

I'd comment about how frustrating it's getting that CR are increasingly just not putting any of the movies they are licensing multiple non-US regions out in theaters outside the US+Canada these days (unless it's, like, Chainsawman), but... this is some kind of bizarre move going on here.
Would love to see the data that led whoever is left at Crunchyroll to decide that their next theatrical picks should be one dubbed-only night of the Zombieland Saga movie (an Idol Cartoon), a re-run of the Fruits Basket compilation movie from several years ago, and a Mystery Preview
