As a Salvadoran, I'm ashamed.
As an American, I'm enraged.
As a writer, the constant invocation of the word 'terrorist' to achieve political quotas and send innocent people to a regional oubliette, I'm terrified.
This should scare us all.

Restating the obvious.
The places where our children grow, dream, and belong should always be protected. They deserve to feel safe in spaces that are made for them.

Mass deportation agents are operating w/ alarming ruthlessness, masking their faces, firing pepper balls at clergy, & terrorizing neighborhoods in the name of “law and order.”

Despite this, "Trump claimed his immigration enforcement raids actually 'haven’t gone far enough.'"
