I think a big plus of the steam machine that kind of goes over ppls heads for beint an entry level machine is that it acrually just wont charge you 100 dollars a year to play games online LOL

I read a theory saying that throwback galaxy was originally supposed to be in World S and I've been thinking about it ever since. Like if you swapped it with Flip Out Galaxy, World S would be entirely references to other games, + Grandmaster Galaxy.

Thinking about this more, and as good as the games are, the culture is just as thriving right now. I've never seen so many indie rhythm games doing collabs with each other, even games that have been out for a while. It's so awesome
If there was ever 1 year for the game awards to implement a rhythm category, it would be this year

Did my largest spreadsheet update in quite a while. Here's a before/after. I decided it didn't have enough visual contrast from left to right, so I came up with a dropdown system (mostly on my own!) that does a cool gradient effect. And then did that for like 1000 entries. lol.

idk maybe I'm dumb and unable to truly appreciate good art but I honestly can't tell what separates new halo from like any other modern remakes in terms of it being good art vs bad art. Like it's nothing special, but like idk it looks kinda fine to me?
