1. I’ve unlearned to base my value in what I can produce and give professionally and personally.
2. Checking my negative self talk is a work in progress but it’s making a big difference in how I extend grace to myself and others.

None of this is new or shocking to Black America !!! NOT ONE SINGLE FUCKING THING !!! We tried to warn y’all, but our warnings were completely ignored !!!
