I’m sure it is. It also signals that as a nation we think that sharing confidential information is a greater crime than sexual abuse.

I didn’t take Ofsted reports into account when choosing schools for my children because I knew exactly what Ofsted was. I visited them and talked to other parents. Word of mouth has always been powerful.

He’s only been arrested in the UK on misconduct in public office charges - seems we’re not that interested in his abuse of young women 🙄

If children were more politically active they would be quite pissed to be told that their screen time is “the most urgent public health issue” while the largest measles outbreak since the vaccine sweeps their schools because of conspiracies that the adults in their life believed from social media.

You're welcome, sea.

So you read a post that quoted a speech in February 2026 and asked AI to tell you if they knew each other before and AI told you that they met in February 2026 and that Tovey joined the party in October 2025 and you think this is some kind of 'catch'? I'm embarrassed for you.

Did you actually read your investigative research?

Terrible. Based on her own opinion and nothing else. What a sham.

He couldn't sound more bored or disinterested. People in Manchester (and the north in general) would think he was a complete wazzock pratting around like that.

And this cohort escaped the worst Gove reforms which increased academic pressure even more. Shame on Tom Bennett and his ilk who cashed in while denying that academic pressure played any role in deteriorating mental health - even accusing concerned teachers and parents of 'Munchausen-by proxy'.

I'm trying to learn French - everyone I meet tells me to try and not to worry about mistakes - the learning is in the trying. It's strange to think in the UK teachers are told that only perfect responses are acceptable. None of our EY children would ever write if they didn't first experiment!

Yes, Duolingo tells me I’m at B2 level too but I’m nowhere near when I actually do practice papers 😂 She’s got A Level French which is B2 equivalent and coping with French at university level so she’ll be ok.
February 13, 2026 at 12:10 PM
Yes, but now only if you have B2 level language (working on it) and have either worked full time or studied in one of the national languages for that time. She’s studying French at VUB so fingers crossed.

We moved to Belgium three years ago when we could see this coming. Our daughter has full access to healthcare here, completely accepted and in her first year at university. Best thing we ever did, but Brexit means we can't take our right to stay for granted.

No, but not sure why you're nitpicking. Born in Greater Manchester, has lived in the constituency she's running for...it's fair to call her local.
