I'm a semi-retired storyboard artist who's shifting to being an independent artist & webcomic creator with some Stargate fanart thrown in.

My webcomic is A Cosmic Narrative. It's snippets of an alien's travel journal. Microfiction scifi-fantasy anthology of sorts.

He'd walk the aisles, looking at all the titles, grumbling complaints under his breath that only he could hear, never buying anything until today. “Taxidermy”, “Advanced Mortuary Science”, “History of Serial Killers” filled the counter. He shyly smiled and said, “Don't worry, I'm a writer”.

It had been a long journey to this planet, where a new sun bathed his mom in its warm rays. Looking up at her, he felt his fear ease. She looked happy, at peace. This was new for him to see. She was usually stressed, scared and worried. He also felt the warmth, but not just on his skin, but from within. A new beginning and hope for a better future.
