Curious - if the US has 'boots on the ground' in Venezuela, is aiming to take Greenland by force, has bombed Nigeria, Syria, Iran and Yemen, has deployed troops in its OWN cities against its OWN citizens - how will they have the ability to defend themselves? Spread a little thin, aren't they?

When I was in my early teens, I discovered Leon Uris. I devoured his books, and he was one of my favourite authors. I just reread 'Exodus'. From my adult perspective? There's a ton of racism, anti-Arab tropes and propaganda. Something he got right: the kingdoms of the world run on oil.
