Been living in Cardiff for nearly 4 years now and nobody has ever explained, or even referenced, the group of 6 or 7 people who gather to play vaguely ethnic music in front of the Senedd every Wednesday. Why there? Why do they sometimes do capoeira? Do they really exist? Am I hallucinating crusties?
