Fantastic new branding website from Dropbox. I'm a big fan of how they make motion part of their guidelines and consider it in the overall presentation and experience of their brand. @dropboxofficial.bsky.social #motiondesign brand.dropbox.com/motion

Finally back in Cinema4D. Going back to basics with School of Motion, but it's good getting back into it. The initial assignment was to model and render "your favorite place". 🏕️ #Cinema4D #SchoolofMotion #Mograph #3D

Frames for the 12KM assignment with School of Motion Design Bootcamp. Trying to speed-run this class before I get back to Cinema 4D and motion work.

Boards from School of Motion assignment.

Highly mediocre, but enjoying the difficult work of rebuilding design knowledge, shaking bad habits, trying to establish a better foundation.

Well-deserved. Kino is the first camera app I’ve ever used that does truly innovative, useful things to make capturing great images easier.

The auto expose thing that works to achieve 180° shutter without you needing knowing what that means is remarkable.

Apple crowns Kino the iPhone app of the year.
The $9.99 video-capturing app comes from Lux, the same developers behind the popular photo app Halide. Here are some of this year’s other winners: • iPad app of the year: Moises • Mac app of the year:...

Lightroom enhanced denoise and masking and that podcast voice enhancer thing from Adobe are the only genuinely useful AI tools I’ve come across so far. They facilitate doing genuinely good, creative work instead of cheapening the landscape by making half-stolen bad art easier.
I wish more AI tools were like the RAW denoise in Lightroom - a wild technological improvement that breathed new life into my old cameras, made me love taking photos all over again, and which feels like all the training is in service of making new art, not merely stealing the old
