The Court next addresses the credibility of the parties’ evidence and witnesses. After reviewing all the evidence submitted to the Court and listening to the testimony elicited at the preliminary injunction hearing, during depositions, and in other court proceedings, the Court finds Defendants’ evidence simply not credible. Plaintiffs submitted a mountain of evidence, providing the Court with over eighty declarations, numerous videos and articles, and other evidence. Defendants did not rebut anything that Plaintiffs set forth in their declarations or testimony, even with BWC footage.

3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment.

If you’re playing Arc Raiders despite the AI-generated voice lines, you’re telling companies that you’ll compromise on your ethics if the game looks fun enough—do better.
Not to be the fun police but I do hope people know that Arc Raiders does use generative AI for voice acting, and by supporting the game you're letting higher-ups know that this is an okay practice.
They try to downplay this on the Steam store page by describing the AI usage as vaguely as possible.

While this is 100% true, I think it’s remiss to not acknowledge the tens of millions who had coverage before the ACA, but then couldn’t afford the premiums and deductibles for their new ACA plans.
My premium went from $300 to $1,200. My deductible went from $0 to $5,000. I could not afford care.
