NEW: More than 300 judges — including 33 appointed by Trump himself — have now rebuffed the Trump administration’s bid to dramatically expand efforts to lock people up while they fight deportation.

Trump says he’s “pro-police” and “tough on crime”, yet he unleashed 1,500+ criminals onto our streets, many of whom assaulted law enforcement on J6. Since Trump’s pardons, they’ve committed:

- Kidnapping
- Sexual assault
- Burglary
- Death threats against elected officials

I have not seen a single Republican official or MAGA influencer offer a credible explanation of Trump's decision to pardon the drug trafficking ex–president of Honduras.

You cannot credibly argue that trafficking sometimes gets a pardon and sometimes requires a war.

Tomorrow is the 5th anniversary of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

I’m proud of the work we did on the House January 6th Committee.

January 6th should’ve been the end of a political movement based on a cult of personality, conspiracism, extremism & lies. Instead, it is now in power.

This is just a taste of why, despite Special Counsels Mueller, Durham, Hur all testifying before Congress in public hearings, the Republicans refused to allow Jack Smith’s testimony, given just two weeks ago to be given publicly. And why Jim Jordan released the transcript on New Year’s Eve.

Confirmation for my claim that Trump targeted votes cast by Black voters:
“We had evidence that they were targeting certain States & particularly certain parts of certain States, generally URBAN PARTS OF STATES, to have those votes thrown out w/no factual basis WHATSOEVER.” (Emphasis, my own) (p.80)

The SCOTUS ruled that Trump is immune from prosecution for “official acts.” That privilege did not extend to the co-conspirators in the classified docs case. And yet that case was dismissed. Should it have been? “No it shouldn’t have been.”

“Twitter refused to provide the records unless they could tell President Trump…Twitter argued that President Trump should be able to assert executive privilege over the records we wanted.”

On why Smith sought a gag order in the D.C. (January 6th) case and the Florida (classified docs) case:

“…right around the time the indictment was released, [Trump] issued a tweet saying: “if you come after me, I’ll come after you.” He called - in a tweet Gen Mark Milley a traitor…

Muting a Black woman to claim the vote was unanimous is so incredibly on the nose
The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.
