🚨 BIG CLEAN ENERGY NEWS: New York's Sunrise Wind, which will produce enough power for 600,000 homes, has been given the go-ahead by a federal judge to resume construction after being unlawfully paused by Trump.

This now means that ALL FIVE offshore wind projects halted by Trump have won in court.

FACT CHECK: Wind turbines do not freeze when properly weatherized.

Wind power overperformed in Texas during Winter Storm Fern and was a major reason why the state did not suffer the same blackouts as it did in 2021.

Meanwhile, natural gas prices increased by 60%. 🤔
Trump: "Coal doesn't mind very cold weather, right? You're not allowed to say the word 'coal' with preceding by saying 'clean, beautiful coal.' It's not affected by bad weather. The windmills are are frozen. You know that, right? They don't turn. The windmills aren't turning."

Iowans have seen their utility bills increase by 12% thanks to Trump and Republicans' War on Clean Energy.

Despite Iowa getting 63% of its energy from wind, Trump has repeatedly tried to shut down wind turbines.

Our electricity bills are soaring, our environment is being destroyed, and our democracy is in danger.

We must fight for a cleaner, safer, and affordable future that works for ALL Americans, not just Big Oil billionaires.

In just one year in office, Trump has managed to:

-Raise electricity prices by 13%
-Raise gas prices by nearly 60%
-Destroy 165,000 clean energy jobs
-Cancel enough clean energy projects to power 13 million homes

I thought Trump was supposed to lower prices on Day 1? Guess not.

Data centers are driving up our energy costs.

Solar, wind and batteries can get electricity onto the grid fastest and at the lowest cost, so today’s agreement is a good first step, because we need tech companies to pay their fair share.

But we also need Trump’s War on Clean Energy to end.
