I love making one of a kind souvenirs for visitors to this historic river town. My favorite sweatshirts were purchased from small businesses in towns I never spent long enough in. There's no reason they can't be made from reclaimed materials❤️

Faffing about with labels, twisting skeins, and photography today to get everything ready for the Wednesday shop update 🧶

This one is called Campervan. Pale turquoise with rusty bits and dirt up the sides, sand on the wheels, and bright decals on the back windows.
3 skeins of hand dyed sock yarn sat inside an opened hank of the same hand dyed yarn. They have been hand dyed by Spin Jones. The colours are mostly pale turquoise with a splash and sprinkle of golden brown. A small section has been dyed in the style of a rainbow, but it starts with deep aqua going into purple, then to fuchsia pink, bright orange, and lemon yellow. The lemon yellow has mixed with the pale aqua to end the section with bits of neon green. The three skeins have square tags on them displaying the name of the maker.
