If he vetoes their release (which he can do), this will also be bad for Trump as his base is demanding to see them.

They know they look ridiculous fighting frogs and unicorns, so they are trying to criminalize wearing such costumes around ICE. But wearing a costume is, in itself, free speech; freedom of expression. So can they do that?
