I'm not sure why dismantling ICE wouldn't be hand-in-hand with arresting and imprisoning nearly all of them, though.
They aren't specialists in violence they're just dicks the government gave badges to, don't mythologize being a thug because you're scared of loud noises
It’s worth considering that an overnight dismantling of ICE in 2029 would release into the wild a whole herd of specialists in violence with scant other marketable skills.
