I’ve taught at Princeton and supervised senior theses. If Hegseth had been caught when he submitted this, he very likely would have been suspended for a year and not allowed to graduate with his class. Kudos to the ‘Prince’ from a proud former editor in chief.
Very well reported story, with nuanced tone, by the college paper that taught me so much.
“A review of Hegseth’s thesis by The Daily Princetonian, in consultation with three experts on plagiarism, found eight instances of uncredited material, sham paraphrasing, and verbatim copying.”
