Dear White People,

I've seen a lot of dissections of the how & why that allowed for Trump's reelection-and they're all over the map.
As a result, our message and our fight have been all over the map too.
If we really want to make a difference, we need to be honest with ourselves.

I want the next person who interviews Pete and the like to put Kamala Harris’s campaign platform up on a big screen. The entire thing in bullet point and then I want them to ask whoever to please circle on the screen which policies they believe are focused on identity.

The problem I encounter and I observe amongst my Black brethren is we are all manipulated into traps of giving reasons WHY something is bad to which the white person 9/10 rejects it so now the onus is on you to do the labor of finding sources to support your statement while they refute it.

Abusive.

It's giving the same energy of a DV abuser telling his victim:

"Look at what you made me do" while they're the one that set up the DV in the home.

It's so pathological how Black people are treated to be gaslit into not setting boundaries and not wanting to be abused.

I mean the women sufferage movement is the most gestalt of the white feminist betrayal.

White feminists are white supremacists.

Full stop.

White supremacy and racism in 2025 is the most egregious self own.

You’re telling everyone in the you aren’t interested in being an active participant in society.

This is why it persists. Only white people can dismantled the systems and institutions of oppression that benefit them.

They won’t.

If you’re my age or younger and you don’t know what I know?

You’re intentionally ignorant.

The reason you don’t know is because you don’t care and the reason you don’t care is becausr you’ll have to admit you benefitted from the intentional oppression of the people you believed were less than.

I am sick of this shit every day.

The polite free tutoring on the most remedial fucking shit.

The goddamned nerve and audacity.

How are white people “better” when they are so dumb?

Isn’t that what they call us? Dumb?

They literally made it a death sentence if our ancestors learned to read.

The fact that Black people have to waste our time very day defending our lives experiences

Insisting others respect our humanity even if their internalized racism prohibits it

Pisses me the fuck off.

We are here because of white voters. They aren’t doing shit to fix it.

Full fucking stop.

Sure. But “hate” and “racism” aren’t synonymous.

This misapprehension is why most white people think they aren’t racist, when all white people actually are.

Hope this helps. Dude.
Hate is hate dude

Alex never misses. This is such an excellent summarization of what we watched, why it is traumatizing for Black women to watch, and the frustration that this keeps happening thanks to one demographic abusing their “power”

In 2016, I swore Trump had no chance to win. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was embarrassed about how wrong I was, and that not only made me question whether or not I was still in touch with the people, it also made me double down on my activist work. I thought, "what else am I wrong about?"
Do you? I don't say that to be snarky. Some people are better at self evaluation than others, but we all discover errors in our thinking along the way, and I don't think anyone finds one error and wonders if they might be wrong about everything else. At best, it's more of a gradual process.

The u.s. and it's lackeys invaded 2 defenceless countries and murdered over 1 million civilians this century.
They openly kidnapped and tortured ppl in their black sites.
Nobody was ever held responsible.
No way will anyone face any repercussions for this administrations (lesser) crimes.
Hey Pam Bondi. This is John Mitchell. Gird your loins because you actually work for the people and not the president and you will eventually find out what that means.

Bc white supremacist confederates hijacked all our institutions and spent 150 yrs figuring out how to do it. It is like asking how was slavery allowed to happen or Jim Crow. It is the same shit. Start with understanding the psychology of power by reading books like escape from freedom by Erich Fromm
One third of the country supported the January 6 2021 attempted take over the government & are the same ones who voted him back in. They are traitors in my book.
