Now, before everybody panics and runs around like headless chickens, they have yet to introduce the bill, and Graham and Whitehouse have tried to pass this before and failed. The previous versions have never made it past the introduction stage.

KOSA is not being voted on on thursday, it is being marked up, which means it will be subject to debates, amends, and rewrites proposed legislation
people will be wise to continue voicing their complaints, but this is still fairly early in the entire process and nowhere NEAR a "last chance"
