That's why non-governmental litigants have been bringing civil actions in federal court, seeking court orders against executive branch actions that are contrary to law. As in this current matter, courts may seek to enforce their orders via contempt, which is unwieldy but all there is at the moment.

The term "activist judge" often is intended to describe judges who stray beyond the powers of their branch of government, i.e., "legislate from the bench." But here, Noem just means judges who issue orders to which we disagree, and for that there is an established procedure called filing an appeal.

How about deporting Miller and go back to the sensible policies we had, it was never about the policies, they were within the constitutional frame work, the problem was the republicans defunding the operational and procedural portion rendering it ineffective so they could gaslight the public.
