Two months ago we were paying all federal workers, SNAP benefits were fully funded, and people could afford their health insurance premiums but a small group of Democratic senators have Stockholm Syndrome and are telling us we have to Sophie’s choice one or two of these things.

So off the topic of politics I found a cheap killer recipe called a Paul Bunyan burger.
Get a full loaf of uncut french or italian from a bakery. Cut down the middle. Take 1-1/2 lbs of ground beef and mix in onion soup mix. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut open your bread and spread that u cooked 1)🧵

Oh, I love this. A new species of sea anemone was discovered recently that parks itself on top of a hermit crab shell like a hat. It seems to feed partly off the crab's faeces, but it also excretes a hard shell that extends the crab's home. In return, it's carried around the seafloor like a king.

Traveling from gallery to museum, including its presentation in "Amoako Boafo: Soul of Black Folks" and in the Hornik Collection exhibition "Some Dogs Go to Dallas," the work anchors Boafo’s larger project of documenting Black friendship, glamour, and self-possession across continents, insisting that these relationships belong at the heart of contemporary art’s global narrative.
