As I’m completing the anonymous employee survey at work today I realize the first 4 questions identify who I am. No one else has my degree and work status.
Do I lie so I’m anonymous? Do I lie and say everything is honky dory? Do I tell the truth and deal with the consequences? Seriously. Thoughts?

I’ve made a goal of hiking the trails of the land trust areas near our home. Today we spotted barred owl peeking out of a hole in a tree before getting to this lovely prairie area of the land. I’m thankful for these pockets of preserved land.
