Thank you for your enthusiasim and excitement for the game.

I need to clarify that the roster of characters selected for the game is completely final, and we won't consider any other characters. The main reason is lack of spriters and time.

Little nugget from the article regarding our game on Time Extension. We do however, feel the need to clarify that no genAI was used in the making of this game.

All fully custom assets were done from the ground up. Some custom assets were a mix of using existing ones. But nothing uses genAI.

For some reason, people on the Internet are wondering why #CVSQFANGAME is on this 1-year hiatus, and have left some wonderfully colorful comments.

To clarify, our main coder has been on her own hiatus. Without anybody to work on character code, we basically can't move forward.

Thank you for your humbling reception of the demo.

As of today's date, we will be going on a year-long hiatus to rest and get ready for Build 2.0.

We will still be around to address soft-locks and game breaking bugs wherever found.

See you in 2027. :)

There's been a slight change in plans.

Due to an ice storm headed where I live that could take out power, the demo's released has been pushed up.

We are still polishing up before demo drop, but the biggest problems are out of the way and we can officially start working on character AI, using work we commissioned from @kamekaze.world !

My first ever sprite project attempt when I entered the MUGEN scene was editing the CVS set of Kyo to have the 2K3 jacket. It was OK. Considering how stiff the actual CVS sprite looks, I decided to do a redraw to see how he would look if done right in my humble opinion.

Dropping by to give an update. Due to some circumstances, the reigns of character coding have been taken on ,and we've commenced implementation of game system/game play fixes on Ryu. Thus far, work on Ryu is near completion (as far as demoes go). Just a matter of-[cont. below]

For those that didn't follow along/need a refresher, it's a small series of photo-based drawings based on random ideas that popped into my head, including improbably cross-overs. Used it as an excuse to try different things.
