I live in CT. I vote in CT. You cannot vote by presenting a debit card. That is a lie. Larry Kudlow is a liar. Fact: you must present verifiable evidence of living in Connecticut, proof of residency. You have to produce the same documents to get a gov't-issued photo-ID. They're all liars.
