@Will Pollock Sorry. First time adding a Pic to a post here. Yes!. If the recipe is crafted by a baker and uses weight measures, I figure they spent time getting it right since, especially flour, humidity in the flour alters the weight. I live in the desert but have humid summers from the Baja.
