Já sem falar da falta de imaginação do discurso, de defender uma ideia já gasta e sem sentido de falsa meritocracia, que imputa o insucesso ao indivíduo...Espero bem que o país não mude com base na mentalidade Ronaldo (focado no sucesso individual acima de tudo), seria um país bastante inóspito.
"mentalidade Ronaldo" é daquelas frases motivacionais que consultores de merda dizem em formações para equipas de vendas de timeshare. É de uma mediocridade absoluta, mas é o que resolvemos ser melhor para nós governar.

Se considerarmos q a finalidade da pena é a "estabilização contrafática das expectativas comunitárias na validade e vigência da norma infringida" e q se vive num ambiente em que parece q se deu carta branca para todos os discursos racistas/discriminatórios, isto é uma vitória do Estado de Direito.
A decisão do tribunal sobre os cartazes dos ciganos é favorável a Ventura. É o equivalente a uma banda punk ter um concerto interrompido pela polícia por indecência.
Isto não é uma crítica ao tribunal. As nossas leis e regras são inadequadas para lidar com este tipo de gente.

Exatamente. Era uma questão política, e por isso, mas não só, foi um erro terem deixado cair a CPI.
É por aqui. E devia ter sido sempre por aqui (como defendi logo desde o primeiro minuto). Não há, com grande probabilidade, qualquer crime, mas há uma falta de idoneidade política impossível de ignorar. Luís Montenegro devia ter sido demitido quando os factos vieram a público.
Deixo-vos esta reflexão
O alívio pessoal não justifica os equívocos do discurso triunfal do primeiro-ministro.
