I’ve been to a koto and shakuhachi workshops yesterday with a friend, a 1 hour long private lesson starting from nothing. It was SO FUN!! Koto is INCREDIBLE I can’t believe I managed to play it so carefree. Shakuhachi was hard as hell and I couldn’t even hold my tone nor produce any consistently
