My adult children and I have agreed we are not buying Christmas gifts this year. We don’t need anything. We’re going to have a nice meal, play some games, and watch movies.

We’ve quit Target, Amazon, Disney and others. We’re growing food and cooking from scratch.

We’re done feeding the beast.

If you're looking for something you can do in these times, find something you have in abundance and apportion it in a way that you can give some away to neighbors. Just ask them if they want any, hand it over, and don't take anything in return.

A ripple of kindness goes further than you think.

as charming and whimsical as some will view this, it bears noting that absurdity—not militancy or might—are what people have chosen to repeat from the portland standoffs against ICE.

why is that?

what purpose does this serve?

a mini 🧵:
The Portland Frog army has now infiltrated Tulsa, OK and they’ve made an unlikely alliance with the T-Rex infantry and Sharks on Hoverboards mercenary forces.

This is truly terrifying.
