Had a thought a little bit ago, is there any scifi work that has implemented single shot, disposable or swapable rail guns as ST weapons.
I'm thinking like an RPG-7, Javelin or MLAW kinda thing. Point, shoot, delete tank, then drop it or replace the tube depending on design.
