Man , I got home at 4:30am, slept till 2, woke up to beat God of War and went right back to sleep lmfao. I feel refreshed as fuck. Think I’ll restart my workouts next Monday cause this recovery feeling great.

Time to see where my mile time is at…the training I’ve done for the last few months have been more mobile and flexible sessions. The distant sessions have gotten TREMENDOUSLY easier, but will it translate to being able to the mile time down?
