i know i ask for a lot, but please see it this way:
if i can consistently follow the treatment plan and get the proper rest & support from my doctors, i can beat this thing and somehow return to my normal life & make a living again.

So I think part of what’s causing my restless leg issues is that the muscles in my legs are almost ropes, they’re so knotted. So I’m gonna nna try to do a bunch of thing to lessen them up and see if it helps 🤞🏽
