People prefer the “lots of homophobes are secretly gay” argument because it removes culpability from straight people. While yes, a few homophobes have turned out to be queer, the vast, vast, VAST majority of bigots are unsurprisingly straight and cis.

Hey can we bring back all those internet safety campaigns we had when I was a millennial teen? It is NOT my job to parent someone else's kids and have to submit my ID to places to sanitize the internet for some puritanical outrage about kids. Parents should be doing this themselves.

Guys, dont immediately jump ship. Complain on Discords forums. Spam their emails. Make noise. We'll never tackle the overlying problem if we just keep jumping ship.
Discord is easy to bully out of doing shit. We've made them stop doing NFT shit. We can stop them taking ID's. :)
