This morning my acupuncturist told me that I looked healthy.
Lol I found that to be very interesting. Almost 30 days of no wine/alcohol, eating fast food/restaurants, and red meat.
I'm thinking about seeing how long I can keep this going.

I made a post basically about people not needing to look to Germany and blame nazis for what we are seeing here today. This is a homegrown issue.

I said I wasn't going to organize any community events except for Juneteenth this year.
12 days into the New Year I am supporting 3 events and have 1 I'm spearheading in a few weeks.
My big goal this year is to start my non profit and obtain a significant grant.
